Welcome to Temple of Ellene. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any services, courses, or digital content provided through it. By using this site, booking services, or purchasing digital products, you agree to the following:

1. Services & Offerings

All services and products provided by Ellene Sakis (working as Temple of Ellene) are designed to support your personal and/or professional development. They do not replace medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own choices, interpretations, and actions.

2. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD or USD as stated, and are subject to change at any time. Prices for group programs, sessions, or subscriptions must be paid in full or via approved payment plans prior to access.

Missed payments may result in suspension of access until resolved. If you're having difficulty with a payment, please contact us—we believe in communication over ghosting.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the energetic nature of the work and the commitment required from both parties, all sales are final. No refunds will be given for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or partial use of offerings.

Digital programs, courses, subscriptions, and sessions are non-refundable once purchased or booked.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for any major fault if a service is not provided as promised. For more information, visit:

4. Digital Product & Session Delivery

Digital offerings (including replays, PDFs, and online content) are delivered via email, private platforms, or membership portals. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct and to check spam folders.

Live sessions are hosted via Zoom unless otherwise stated. You’ll receive all access details via email prior to your session. Please arrive on time to make the most of your experience.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including graphics, text, audio, video, course materials, and intuitive insights, remain the intellectual property of Temple of Ellene. Sharing, reproducing, or distributing content without written consent is not permitted.

6. Confidentiality & Ethics

All sessions are held in deep trust and confidentiality. What is shared in session or sacred containers stays there. This is a non-judgmental, inclusive space for all beings—come as you are.

7. Third Party Services

We use third-party platforms for payment processing and session delivery (e.g., Zoom, PayPal, Stripe).
