but more than that, I’m the woman you call when you’re ready to stop pretending, stop performing, and start becoming who you actually are.

From family chaos, chronic illness, deep grief, miscarriage, and burning the rulebook on how healing “should” look—I rebuilt myself in full technicolor. Now, I guide others to do the same.

Naturopathy was just the beginning.

I LOVED naturopathy and it will always be the foundation that I build from. But there's so much more that needed to be born that the title of Naturopath just couldn't hold anymore.
What I adore to do is to walk beside those who hold space for others—therapists, practitioners, way-showers, mystics—and help them bring their full, magickal selves back online.

No more blending in.

No more doing life, healing, spirituality, or business by someone else’s rules.

Just you—fully switched on, deeply seen, profoundly powerful.

I bring the intensity.

I bring the clarity.

I also am likely to bring the sourdough, a cup of tea and the laughs.

This work is sacred. It’s raw. It’s not for the faint of heart.

My Greek heritage runs through everything I do.

It shapes the medicine, the mysticism, the sacred rituals, and the way I listen—to the land, the lineage, and the unseen. My medicine is rooted in Greek ancestral mysticism, and the old ways that never left my bones.
