From the outside, it looks like devotion.
From the inside, it feels like overextension without the overflow.

When you sit in a room with other space holders, healers, leaders who are holding similar weight… something ancient switches on. Your nervous system realises it’s no longer carrying the world in isolation. The pressure softens. The holding evens out.
